This senior investment role is focused on shaping and driving our Ventures strategy — sourcing and evaluating high-potential climate software opportunities, leading diligence, and partnering with founders to build category-defining companies. It’s a strategic role for a seasoned investor ready to lead deals and help grow our portfolio.

🔹 Senior Associate — Ventures (Chicago, IL)

Designed for exceptional investment professionals ready to take the next step, this role partners closely with our Ventures team to conduct deep market research, diligence prospective investments, and support deal execution and portfolio value creation.
